Cancelling your subscription

This guide explains how to cancel your TaxNav subscription. If you also wish to remove your account, please cancel your subscription first, then follow the account deletion guide.

Before you start

Cancelling your subscription does not change any obligations you may have with HMRC under Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. Before you cancel, please make sure you have submitted any outstanding updates and saved or exported any records you need to keep.

Step 1: Open your Account Settings

Select the settings icon at the top right of the page, then go to 'Account Settings'.

Step 2: Go to the Danger Zone

In the left-hand menu, select 'Danger Zone', then select 'Cancel my subscription'

Step 3: Confirm via Stripe

Follow the Stripe process: select your reason for cancellation and confirm.
