Eligibility Criteria
To participate in Club 111, you must:- Be at least 18 years of age.- Agree to these Terms and Conditions.- Not be an employee of a direct competitor of MTD Software Limited.We reserve the right to approve or deny membership at our sole discretion.
2. Confidentiality
As a participant, you may be granted access to unreleased products, features, or confidential information. By participating in Club 111, you agree to:- Keep all shared materials, communications, and prototypes confidential.- Not share screenshots, recordings, or impressions without written permission.You may be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) depending on the nature of the testing.
3. Use of Feedback
By submitting feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you grant MTD Software Limited a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate your feedback into our products and services without additional permission or compensation.
4. No Compensation or Employment
Participation in Club 111 is voluntary and does not create an employment relationship. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no monetary compensation is provided for participation.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to:- Engage respectfully with other participants and moderators.- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or abusive behavior.- Refrain from distributing spam, malware, or any harmful content.Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from Club 111.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of material changes, and your continued participation in Club 111 signifies your acceptance of those updates.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
